With our head office in Graefelfing (Munich district) near Martinsried-Planegg, we are located at the leading biotechnology location in Germany, which also occupies a top position in Europe. We benefit from the close contact with technology start-ups, the professional exchange with leading stakeholders from medicine, health and digital health as well as the efficient structure of the science and research location. With an unobstructed view from the office window, we see directly the Munich University Hospital in Großhadern. It is one of the largest university hospitals in Germany and Europe.
Pharma location in the bioeconomy center in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern: On the next wave of innovation
The pharmaceutical site of Fortis Pharma GmbH was opened in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the Bioeconomy Innovation Center Anklam / Murchin. Since the bioeconomy is the next wave of innovation after health economics, we have adapted our strategic health portfolio at an early stage and integrated bioeconomy sources such as medicinal plants from Chinese and European medicine, medicinal chalk and stem cells for wound care into our medium-term development portfolio. The center is near the Hanseatic city of Anklam. Here the worldwide beginning of aviation was initiated by Otto Lilienthal's air and gliding flights from 1891.

Our integrated pharma sales force consists of experienced Big Pharma Sales Reps who, with the help of our mediQResponse tool, have made the leap to becoming a successful Fortis Pharma sales force 2.0. Because the pharmaceutical sales force will continue to be an indispensable part of the successful marketing mix for medicines and pharmacy supplements in the future. Characterized by the megatrend of digitization, however, the classic on-site visit to the pharmacy or doctor's office has lost significantly in importance.
